Federation Board The Yomechas Constitution defines the composition of our Governing Board and sets forth the titles and responsibilities of all Federation officers.
The Governing Board meets monthly (see Federation Board Minutes archive). Nation Management Each Nation is led by a top officer called the "Nation Navigator". Nation Navigators are the key voting members of the Yomechas Board. Most Nation Navigators hold Board titles that entail responsibility for events or other duties. Nation Navigators conduct monthly meetings of their Circle Navigators to coordinate the activities of their member Circles.
Circle Management Each Circle is led by a top officer called the "Circle Navigator". Circle Navigators manage their individual circles. They also manage their Nation as a whole. Circle Navigators commonly have internal Nation titles that reflect their duties.
